About

Hi. I’m Ali.

I am twelve, I am going into seventh grade, and I have been crocheting long enough that I do it without looking now.

Bags are the thing I make most. Granny squares, joined up and then sewn to a lining so the inside is as finished as the outside. After that it is little animals and characters, and I like the ones with a bit of a face on them, where you can tell what kind of mood they are in.

I make hats and gloves and bookmarks and trivets as well, and I string beads, though crochet is the one I keep coming back to. There is something about starting with a single loop of yarn and ending up with a whole animal that has not gotten old yet.

This site is where I put the things I have finished. I add them myself when they come off the hook, and I mark them sold when they find somebody. If you want one that is already gone, ask me and I will make you another, though it will not come out exactly the same. They never do.
